Furniture SIR-plus: Business That Advertises on TV Moves Into Frankford

Furniture Sir Plus

Furniture SIR-plus has come to Harbison and Tacony Streets.  This is the former site of that Sheriff Motors auto sales joint.  I don’t know why but always found that place fascinating.  I wonder where they went.  Here’s a google street view when Excitement Video was being advertized on that billboard along with some old sheriff cars in the parking lot.  I find this place cool, despite its name, because I actually caught their commercial on television.  Frankford has a buisiness that advertises on TV.  We’re coming along nicely.

    This place suffers from over signage (and flags and occasionally an inflatable knight), but the owners did put a lot of work into the building.
