I wouldn’t go with “worst”, there are so many bad blocks to chose from. But if you were to rotate google street view 180 degrees, you’d see a block in need of TLC. But hey, it’s 369k, ANYWHERE else and that’d be a million dollar house. But yeah, it is suprising that joint was never chopped up.

One of the worst blocks in fkd. That part of Griscom Street. At least it won’t be a half way house. Interior is awesome! I thought they what of been apts. by now.
