New Trees for Overington Park This Saturday

In addition to our planned clean-up, our new trees are being planted at the same time in Overington Park. 15 trees will be going in the ground, starting early in the day on April 2nd!

I watched the crews put in the last trees it was something to see. The huge 400 pound tree root balls are put in quickly and the men doing the work are amazing to watch. I thought it would be neat to let people know so they can come out and see Frankford’s new trees going in.

The powers that be feel we deserve a beautiful park with new trees. Lets hope the good people who use the park feel the same way. Thanks for all your support.
