Philadelphia Book Festival in Frankford

Frankford Branch celebrates the Philadelphia Book Festival: Meet Karen E. Quinones-Miller, Author of An Angry-Ass Black Woman

Former Inquirer staff writer and bestselling author Karen E. Quinones-Miller will discuss and sign copies of her latest and autobiographical novel, An Angry-Ass Black Woman at the Frankford Branch of the Free Library of Philadelphia, 4634 Frankford Avenue, on Thursday, April 18, 2013, at 3:30 PM.  Miller, an NAACP Literary Award nominee, often gives Writing and Publishing workshops in her Philadelphia home and is the CEO of Oshun Publishing Company.  Her other novels include: Satin Doll, I’m Telling, Using What You Got and Uptown Girl.
