There were only two zoning cases to be reviewed at the meeting held on December 11th at Second Baptist Church..
The owner of 2051 Larue Street, Mr. Chen, appeared as a followup to last month’s appearance. He has not yet received the orange zoning change notice for posting on the property so the case will be continued until the notice has been posted in order for local residents to become aware of the change in zoning requested.
