Referendum Question on PA Ballot

The best way to lie is to tell half the truth.

The question is:

AMENDING THE MANDATORY JUDICIAL RETIREMENT AGE

Shall the Pennsylvania Constitution be amended to require that justices of the Supreme Court, judges, and magisterial district judges be retired on the last day of the calendar year in which they attain the age of 75 years?

At present the mandatory retirement age is 70, so you are raising the retirement age if you vote yes.  If you vote no, you are keeping it at 70.

We take no position one way or the other.  You can read the details here on balottpedia.
