4300-02 Frankford Avenue – PERMIT FOR AN AUTO TAG OFFICE (BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL OFFICE) ON 1ST FLOOR AND FOR ROOMING HOUSE FOR MAXIMUM SIX (6) UNITS FOR MAXIMUM SEVEN (7) OCCUPANTS (SINGLE ROOM RESIDENCE) ON 2ND AND 3RD FLOOR IN AN EXISTING STRUCTURE. ALL OCCUPANTS ARE CAPABLE OF SELF PRESERVATION AND SELF SUSTAINING. NO OCCUPANTS UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF ANY COURT SYSTEM. – Highly opposed. Business on commercial ground floor rooming house on 2nd and 3rd floor. Legally it was slated for 7 apartments.
