Frankford NAC Zoning Meeting for July

4114 Torresdale Avenue – They were approved. The only thing that they were seeking was a variance on the fence because it was higher than 4 feet. They already had approval for the combined OPA accounts on the lots.

1640 Church Street– Was continued. Property owner failed to appear.
5520 Harbison Avenue – The case was delayed because the client hired a different lawyer to represent her. Ms. Patel will be in to see us in August. I know both John (Wissinoming Civic) and myself have talked to her regarding their inability to clearly define what their plans are for the building.
The next meeting of the Frankford NAC Zoning board will be held on August 11th at 7 PM at the Second Baptist Church at 1801 Meadow Street.
