  • Wissinoming Park Advisory Council Flea Market

  • Frankford High School College Resource Fair
    When – Tue, September 27, 10am – 11am
    Where – Frankford High School (map)
    Description – The Northeast EPIC Stakeholder Group in collaboration with Communities In Schools will be hosting a college resource fair for students at Frankford High School.
  • Frankford Parks Meeting
    When – Mon, September 26, 6pm – 7pm
    Where – 2nd Baptist Church, 1801 Meadow Street (map)
    Description – We will discuss an upcoming community event with Rebuilding Together Philadelphia, Philly Cares Day and other concerns that have been raised by residents about our parks. Also, board member invitations were sent out two weeks ago. I am still waiting for a response from some folks. In order to obtain our 501(c)(3) status we need to put a board of directors in place. If you received a letter in you are interested in joining the board please bring the requested information with you to the next parks meeting.
