Coming Up in Frankford 5/25 to 6/21/2013

  • Say Nooo to Strangers Foundation March and Step Show  – Sat, May 25, 12:30pm – 4:00pm— To coincide with the National Day for Missing Children the Say Nooo to Strangers Foundation is holding a Walk to bring attention to the issue. There will be a parade with up to 25 drill teams from around the city.  Leading off the parade will be the Frankford High ROTC.  Following them will be the elders of Post 224 and CJ Waddy who is the founder of the Say Nooo to Strangers Foundation.  Refreshments for the kids and a performance of the song from the the Say Nooo to Strangers show.
  • Ceremony at Frankford Civil War Memorial  – Mon, May 27, 2pm – 3pm, Frankford Civil War Memorial, Cedar Hill Cemetery  – The restoration of the monument has been completed. We will be holding a re-dedication of it on Memorial Day at 2 pm. All are invited.
  • Senior Breakfast—Tue, May 28, 8am – 10am, Aria Health, Frankford – 2nd floor conference room—It’s time to take charge of your health and wellness!
