August Crime Report for 15th District PSA1

Burglary was up in August.

Theft from vehicles dropped significantly.  This type of crime may be exactly what implementation of Town Watch helps to reduce.  A systematic review of studies (which weighted studies with rigorous research designs) found that neighborhood watches reduced crime by 16-26%.
