Caroling, Caroling at Overington Park
by Pat SmileyThe Friends of Overington Park invited our Frankford community to sing Christmas carols in the park on Friday night. Mother Nature cooperated with a proper winter chill and everyone was bundled up. There were candy canes, cookies and cheerful renditions of popular songs such as “Rudolph, the Red-Nosed Reindeer” and “Up on the Roof Top” to name but a few. Songsheets were provided to help the carolers. I have to say the joyful sounds encouraged even the shyest of singers. It was a festive evening for all who attended! Thank you to all those who shared their Christmas spirit! There’s only one more week to go!!!!!>

I’d like to thank the 40 hardy souls who came out and made Friends of Overington Park Caroling a great event. Good cheer and neighbors coming together in Frankford. Thanks Bob for the gazette photos.
