A man and woman were wounded in a double shooting Tuesday night, January 5th, in Frankford, police said. Shortly before 6:50 p.m. in the 1700 block of Bridge Street, a 27-year-old woman was shot once in the left thigh. Police took her to Aria Health-Torresdale Campus, where she was listed in stable condition.
