PhillyLoveBar Seeks Web Design & Development Intern
Philadelphia based bean-to-bar chocolate business seeks unpaid college-level intern to help with web design and development, as well as with social media management. Daily tasks include maintaining twitter, facebook and blog accounts, as well as working on website design and layout for our chocolate wrappers (all crafted by local artists). The intern would have the opportunity to develop marketing skills, learn firsthand about what is involved in running a small business, and meet members of the Philadelphia small business community, not limited to those in the food industry. PhillyLoveBar is dedicated to community engagement and development, specifically through all forms of art, including artisan crafted foods. Therefore, our web design intern would be encouraged to display and nurture his or her creativity and artistic talents. Not that it necessarily is relevant to these jobs, but I would love to see if Frankford High School has any students that could develop websites for Frankford’s businesses. Like the small mom and pop shops on the Ave. Like Leandro’s Pizza at Sellers and Frankford.
