From Principal Penny, Frankford Friends School, on their current construction project:
Our construction will begin on Monday, Dec. 19th, with the installation of a construction fence, demolition of our garage and blocking off of half the sidewalk to make room for the construction company’s trailer, dumpsters, etc. Construction is estimated to take 6-8 months, depending upon how severe our winter is.
While we will try to make this as painless as possible, there will be times when large equipment is being delivered that Orthodox Street will need to be closed. We will try to give as much advanced notice as possible.
