Philadelphia lawmakers are celebrating a bill aimed at cracking down on so-called “Stop and Go” establishments and its about time. These places defy the LCB regulations and use restaurant licenses to open phone booth sized stores to sell beer and liquor and the LCB and State Police have been useless in making them comply with the regulations.
