Frankford High School held a ceremony after the Frankford vs Fels baseball game. The ceremony was to officially retire Coach Juan Namnun’s baseball number 24. Coach Namnun played three years of varsity baseball at Frankford and has been either a volunteer, assistant or varsity coach of the Pioneers since 2000.
Coach Namnun has been involved with 13 Public league championships. Named coach of the year. Is a Lindback Award Winner for schoolteacher of the year in the School District of Philadelphia. He also organized the Coaches vs Cancer Fest among other volunteer events.
