Deadly Shooting in Frankford

Philadelphia Police are investigating a homicide at Oakland and Bridge Streets on Monday, June 19th.

 


This is the 5th homicide this years in the 15th District PSA1.  See the rest of the story at the link below.  If you are interested in talking to the police about this or anything else, come to the PSA1 meeting on Thursday, June 22nd at 7 PM at Aria Jefferson Hospital.  Captain Luca is scheduled to attend.

Another phishing email about Paypal is going around and this one was good enough to post.  If you get it, delete it.

Phishing is the attempt to obtain sensitive information such as usernames, passwords, and credit card details (and, indirectly, money), often for malicious reasons, by disguising as a trustworthy entity in an electronic communication.

Man, 44, critical after shooting on the 1800 Block of Harrison

The victim was shot once in the chest about 8:35 p.m. outdoors in the 1800 block of Harrison Street. Responding officers took the man to Temple University Hospital, where he was placed in critical condition.

Homicide in Frankford Again

About 9:15 p.m. Tuesday, police, responding to a shooting, found Harold Aiken suffering from gunshot wounds to his head and hand on the 2000 block of Bridge Street.
