Historical Society of Frankford Annual Membership Meeting

The Annual Membership Meeting of the Frankford Historical Society will be held at the Society’s building, 1507 Orthodox Street, Philadelphia, PA 19124 on Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at 7:30 PM.

At this meeting, the members have an opportunity vote on the retention of those Directors whose term is about to expire. The voting process involves completing a simple ballot listing the three (3) candidates with a space to vote yes or no on each candidate.  The ballot will be furnished at the meeting and can only be cast in person by members who are in attendance.

This is the primary business meeting of the Society’s membership at which the organization’s financial status together with a report of its activities during the past year will be presented.

The Board of Directors is proud of the achievements made by the Society in 2014 and is anxious to report them to the membership.

The business meeting will be followed by a presentation of a sampling of our Lantern Slide Collection.  This is an encore presentation of the Society’s participation in the 2nd Annual Philadelphia Lantern Slide Salon held at the Wagner Museum in October 2014.

We look forward to another very successful year in 2015 and hope to have the pleasure of your company as we kick off our 110th year.
