Events and activities happening at Simpson Recreation Center

  • Registration for the 2017 Day Camp are now being accepted.
  • Registration for the 2017-18 After School Program is now open.
  • We still have lifeguard openings available.
  • Lifeguard classes are now taking place.
    • June 5th at Pickett Pool
    • June 12th at Lincoln Pool
      • Screenings takes place
        • Pickett – Monday-Thursday 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
        • Lincoln – Monday-Thursday 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
        • Sayre – Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m
  • SAC – June 14, 2017 at 6:30 p.m.
  • Pool tentative date to open June 29, 2017
    • Swim Lessons Monday and Wednesday 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
    • Swim Team Tuesday and Thursday

Northwood Civic Association Meets November 15th

The Northwood Civic Association will meet Tuesday, November 15th, at 7 PM at their new location at Simpson Recreation Center at 1010 Arrott Street.

Simpson Recreation Center Advisory Council Meeting

First meeting of the new season will be held on October 15th at 700 pm.  They say the best recreation centers have an active advisory council. If you want to make Simpson better don’t sit home and complain, go to the meeting.
