Police have jailed two men and are looking for a third who they said broke into a woman’s lower Frankford apartment and sexually assaulted her before stealing her money and jewelry, said Capt. John Darby of the Special Victims Unit.
Early on the morning of May 19, Darby said, Hall entered the apartment in the 2100 block of Castor Avenue through a rear window and let the other two men inside.
I sympathize with the victim of this crime but there is no lower Frankford. If it is south of the Frankford Creek, it is somewhere else. Call it lower Mayfair or upper Northern Liberties if you want but leave us out of it. Read the entire story here.
