Healthy habits demonstrations on Thursday, March 12th and Thursday, March 26th, both from 1:30pm – 2:30pm. Our case worker will be cooking up some healthy foods and discussing the benefits of each ingredient. Free of charge event.
Visit us any time to work out in our new exercise room. We have 3 new elliptical bikes, 2 new treadmills, an exercise bike, and a slew of work out resistance bands. Free of charge. Must bring Doctor’s stating you are able to exercise and use the equipment.
