Followup to the previous report about the homicide on December 3rd.
Three people were shot outside of a mini market in Philadelphia’s Frankford neighborhood Monday night. Kaseem Rogers, 19, was shot and killed, his family said. Two others were shot. Police are looking for as many as three suspects.
Kaseem played for the Frankford Chargers and participated in the Power Circle Mentors.
