Well according to Loopnet.com 1100 Adams Avenue is listed for sale at $2,250,000. That is the site proposed for the Bridge. The sales price on the OPA site was listed as $140,000 back in 2001. it’s great when Frankford real estate appreciates in value. I hope they get it.
