Buyer Shows Interest in Frankford Y Building

As reported by John Loftus in this weeks Northeast Times, a potential buyer is taking a second look at the building.  The buyer is described as a Philadelphia Theological institution.

  1. Another church, say it isn’t so. How many empty churches are there already; how many more are closing this year and in financial trouble. Are there any for profit businesses in Philadelphia anymore? This is not progress; it’s more of the same…and living off of government handouts.
