The Frankford NAC zoning meeting on May 10th at 7 PM at 4667 Paul Street, has only one case scheduled for hearing.  You must have ID to vote on the issue.

7th Council District Town Hall Meeting on the 2019 Budget

Officer Gary Frank Skerski Memorial Bridge Dedication

The bridge that crosses the Frankford Creek on Castor Avenue is to be formally dedicated in honor of Philadelphia Police Officer Gary Skerski who was killed in the line of duty 11 years ago.

The ceremony will be held on Tuesday, May 8th at 10 AM.  The bridge is located on Castor Avenue between Wyoming Avenue and Cayuga Street.  The public is invited to attend.

Frankford Chargers Banquet

On Sunday, April 22nd, Senator Christine Tartaglione presented a $50,000 grant to the Frankford Chargers during the club’s 51st annual banquet at Regal Ballroom.

Dozens of children were recognized for achievements in football, cheer, dance, basketball and baseball, as well as academic success. The Chargers are a great asset to Frankford, providing children with fun, safe activities as well as positive mentoring.
