Maybe One Day

When you were a little boy, I brought you home,
I made a vow never to leave you alone.

But now you’ve grown up and fallen off the track.

How do I get my little boy back?

Because you’ve gone astray and I can’t turn away.

How do I get my little boy back?

With tears in my eyes as I stumble down the road
looking for where did I go wrong.

I want my little boy back.

I won’t give up this bond that we had,
deep in my heart, it makes me so sad.

I want my little boy back.

Getting into trouble you think that’s the only way to express yourself,

When you’re doing time you’re not alone
I’m doing time just waiting by the phone,
Knowing one day you’ll come back home and maybe,

I’ll get my little boy back.

When I See Butterflies

WHEN I SEE BUTTERFLIES

 

I remember that day you told me you would never leave my side.

As the time slowly passed by, you turned and said goodbye.

On that day that you walked away, I remember I saw butterflies.

When people ask me why are there tears in my eyes when I see butterflies.

That’s when I stop and think of you

and the precious moments that we shared.

That’s why I cry when I see

“BUTTERFLIES”

A VALENTINE’S WISH

If I had only one wish and it came true,

I wish I could spend eternity with you.

In a world with glitter and fame and long walks in the pouring rain.

Just a chance to see that smile on your face and not a hair out of place.

Oh, if I could have one wish and it came true,

I know in my heart it would be me and you.
