Long Long Time

Long Long Time

You said you would love me to the end of time,

You said you would love me if the Sun never shines,

You said you would love me if the Ivy stops growing on the vine.

So, tell me. Who’s holding the keys to these promises that you made, and who would be accountable, if these promises were never paid?

Because loving someone forever, is not only in a nursery rhyme.

When you find that one you love, they’re keys and promises you’ll never find.

Because when you love someone forever, you forget about all of the struggles you left behind, and just keep loving them until the Journey is over, in its own lustrous time.

Because loving someone forever, no keys or promises need to be made.

Because loving someone forever, will take to the end of their blissful days.

No keys or promises need to be made. “That’s called loving each other until the end of time.”

And believe me, loving someone forever – it takes a long, long time.

Never Say

NEVER SAY

How many good-byes will it take before you make the mistake, that you may never see that person again.
The answer my friend is riding on the wind, that you may never see that person again.
Because there’s no good, in the word goodbye.
That only means, that you May never, never see them again, as the tears begin to flow from your eyes.
So, Never Say – Goodbye. Just farewell, and I’ll see you soon.
As the Stars flood the sky. Never Say – Goodbye.
At the end of the day as you walk away, just turn and say have a good time.

NEVER SAY – GOODBYE.

ANGEL WITHIN

ANGEL WITHIN

I think I know where I’m going. I know where I have been.

But there is something that’s giving me courage, to keep pushing till the end.

Because there’s an  “Angel Within,” telling me to keep going, telling me I can win, and to keep on pushing.

Because there’s an “Angel Within” keeps telling me I can make it. Not knowing the “Angel Within” is waiting, –  to put a song in my heart, and rainbow over my head.

When days get dark and gloomy, and I jump up out of bed. I’ll just remember, there’s a “Angel” that put a song in my heart, and rainbow over my head.

Because everyone needs an “Angel” to keep a rainbow over their head. – from an “Angel Within.”

Fallen Leaves

FALLEN LEAVES

Do you know what it means to have a dream, and no one to share it with.

As I climb to the top of the stairs, and look around, and no one’s there, my dream just falls apart.

Like leaves from a dying tree that has lost its grip, and starts to fall with grace and gentleness, and land on the ground, to be found by someone who collects fallen leaves.

No this is not a story about a man who needs love or sympathy, just a man looking for someone who collects fallen leaves and becomes a part of his dream.

But, when he finds that one – who will share his dream, they’ll climb to the top of the stairs, to share a dream.

Knowing what it means, to share a dream, with someone who collects fallen leaves. And understand what it means to climb the stairs, and no one’s there, to share your dream.

This comes at a time while you’re lost in a dream, and all you can see is visions of fallen leaves. “Lost in a dream”. when all you see –  is visions of fallen leaves.

The First Day of Spring

It’s the First Day of Spring

I REMEMBER

Yes, I remember the first day of spring.

Weeping Willow’s dancing in the breeze.

Frozen lakes and rivers now running free.

Eagles flying high over cherry blossom trees.

It’s at this time when the air is sweet and clean.

It’s like a sweet and tender kiss coming off the ocean breeze.

Little old ladies scrubbing steps on bended knees.

YES-YES

I remember the first day of spring.
