Frankford NAC Gives the Nod to Fillmore Street

The NAC zoning meeting on September 10th was well attended with 23 people.

  • On the issue of take out food for 1301 Fillmore Street, the vote was 10 in favor and 3 opposed.  The ZBA was notified of the result of the vote.
  • On the issue of 4304 Frankford Avenue use as a single family household, there was no representative from the applicant.  No vote was taken and the ZBA was notified of the facts.

The next NAC zoning meeting will be held on October 8th at 7 PM at Second Baptist Church at 1801 Meadow Street.

Frankford NAC Meets September 10th

There will be two issues on the agenda at the meeting at 2nd Baptist on Thursday at 7 PM:
